Rules of the School & General guidelines to Parents

Students should address their teachers and all the staff with due respect and politeness. They are expected to behave in a gentle manner. They should show respect and politeness to their companions too.

The school does not have transport facilities for the students. It is the Parents' duty to arrange for proper and reliable transport for their children if they live away from the school. The reliability of the transporter must be thoroughly assessed. The responsibility of the school ceases after handing over of the student to either parents or persons identified by parents to bring/take over the child.

Parents are advised to carefully go through every Notice/Circular issued by the School. All advised/announced appointed dates/time must be adhered to.

All doubts must be clarified from the school reception Counter (Phone no. 32570517) between 9.15 A.M. to 1 P.M. Please do not rely upon clarifications given by any other source.

Reach of the uniform should be upto one inch above knee.

Child must arrive 15 minutes before the mentioned school timing.

The child must wear her Identity Card around his/her neck , else she will be marked absent.

Please do not send sick child to school, not even on the days of exams.

The school does not encourage release of students during school hours. Please avoid such requests. The school looks after the children once they are in the school campus. Children are released from school only to the parents and not to uncle, brother, servant etc. during school hours.

All parents are requested to provide sufficient tiffin to their children as they will not be allowed to feed them during breaks.

Not to put any liquid food item in the tiffin box to avoid spilling in the bag / on the ground. Bringing chips packets to school is not encouraged.

Not to put cut fruits in the tiffin box which can decay with growth of bacteria.

Parents are advised to purchase a strong but easily openable tiffin box and should give training to their children at home how to open box, so that they can open it in school themselves.

A napkin (not handkerchief) to be brought daily for laying the tiffin box on his/her desk.

Children must have labeled water bottle. No pet bottles are allowed in the hand.

Pre-Nursery students must have their School bag and water bottle properly labeled with name, and section.

Books and copies to be covered and name to be written both inside and on the cover.

The crayons are to be sent in a simple, labeled pencil box.

Books & copies to be sent in strict accordance to the time table.

Parents should mention the proper reasons in the school diary if the child is absent. Grant of leave is entirely up to the administration.

Any unauthorized absence exceeding fifteen calendar days, the child's name will be struck off the roll and considered withdrawn.

Parents are requested to plan their holidays following the vacation schedule given in the school calendar.

There is no provision for “Re-assessment or Promotion on trial”.

The price of the birthday gifts to classmates should not exceed Rs. 6/-.

Please do not send cakes as birthday gifts.

Attending Parent-Teacher's Meeting is mandatory for parents.

Any damage done to school property should be replaced by the pupil concerned.

Fees are to be paid in advance on or before 12 of each month failing which a fine of Rs.50/- will be levied for each month.

Fees are collected on weekdays from 9 A.M. to 1 P.M. and on Saturday from 9 A.M. to 12 noon.

Parents must note that the school reserves the right to increase/decrease fees or revise fees structure during the study of their child in this school any time without prior notice.
